Just 35 KM (about 45 minutes drive) from Kota Kinabalu International Airport and 26 kilometers away from the city, Gaya Street.

Each unit tastefully furnished with air conditioners in all bedrooms, spacious living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests can enjoy the private steam bath and Jacuzzi in the Spa Suite or swim in the private lap pool in the Pool Villas. All units comes with a spectacular sunset seaview from the backyard or private balcony with spectacular oceanic view.
